The “Label Manager for Jira” App was initially developed for label amounts less than 100, because that’s what we encountered as use-cases at customers.
One day Lately we got a support request from a customer who bulk loaded 10.000.000 labels directly to a label entry in his the database and was then experiencing performance problems with the label fields managed by the “Label Manager for Jira” App.
As the App is officially Data Center compatible, we decided to improve the performance (initial releases 4.1.0 and 2.7.0) for larger label amounts.
