Mode Default

Workflow Analyzer for Jira saves you time and helps you to manage, control and fix your workflows.

Select one, multiple specific workflows using "Analyze selected Workflow(s)" button.

• Overview of all your workflow transition properties, conditions, validators and post functions, transition Ids

• Helps you to document your workflows quicker and easier

• Find out where workflow add-ons are being used and how they are configured

• Confidently try, change and upgrade workflow add-ons

• Hide standard system workflow functions for easier overview

• Hide Transition Rule Description for easier overview

Mode: Bulk

Just like Mode Default, but now you can analyze 50 workflows at once.

Use the 'Workflow Start Index' to specify where to start.

This mode helps to spot App usage throughout the Instance.

Mode: Compare

Mode Compare allow to select 2 workflows to analyze.

Additionally there is a new column that highlights what transition row exists aswell in the other workflow or where there is a difference.

You can filter to only show the rows with differences.

Like in Default Mode you can filter for Apps change Display Options.

Mode: Duplicate

This mode allows you to spot duplicate workflows in the system.

Specify one workflow to search duplicates for.

Workflow Analyzer will show you how many on which workflows are exact copies of the selected Workflow.
