Finding and configuring the "Create" Transition

The creation of an issue is also a transition which can be decorated with Validators and Post Functions.

The transition can be found in the Workflow "Diagram" as displayed below.

Another way to find the "Create" transition is in the Text representation.

First you need to klick on the first Step.
Then you get an overview with the transitions to and from this step.
There you can select "create".
